What kind of homes does Bluebell build?
A small number of high-specification, individually designed luxury homes. We build for quality rather than volume, finishing every home to our own uncompromising standard. We also take on a select few private commissions, built to that same standard.
Can I register interest before a development is released?
Yes. Register your interest and we will keep you informed as our developments progress, often before homes reach the open market.
I own land or a property. How do I submit it?
We are actively acquiring. Submit your site through our Land & Property enquiry and we will appraise it promptly and in confidence.
Do you buy land without planning permission?
Yes. We consider land and property with or without planning, of all sizes. If there is genuine potential, we would like to hear from you.
